Our goal is for you to be delighted with your Perkl-Light.
While most people do just fine using the included DVDs to learn
about their Perkl-Lights, some people need a little extra
assistance to unlock the magic of their Perkl-Light.
Our return policy is designed to support you!
You may return your Perkl-Light within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price, subject to the following:
- To avoid a restocking fee, you must call us and ask for assistance with your Perkl-Light
prior to the return, within 30 days of the purchase.
We can be reached at 877-737-5548.
When you call, we will do our best to understand the
nature of your dissatisfaction and provide coaching if
appropriate. If you are still
unsatisfied after coaching, we will give you an
authorization and make the refund upon receipt of
your returned Perkl-Light. The refund will include
your original purchase price plus taxes on your
original invoice. Shipping charges on your original
invoice will not be refunded.
(This will generally not matter to you because in most cases
we ship free, but invoiced shipping charges, e.g.
for overnight shipping will not be refunded.)
If you do not call to ask for assistance and obtain an authorization
prior to returning your Perkl-Light, your purchase price
will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.
Once again, this is to support you by encouraging you
to call for assistance if needed.
- You are responsible for return shipping. We
recommend insurance/tracking for your return shipping,
as we are only responsible for a refund on items we receive.
Even if you are among the vast majority that are happy with
their Perkl-Lights, you are always welcome to call with questions.
We may have suggestions to help you enjoy your Perkl-Light even more!
Limited 1-Year Warranty Information
Star Energetics LLC, (herein referred to as Star) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
Should this product fail to function in a satisfactory manner, first place a call to Star at 877-737-5548 to determine if the issue can be resolved over the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you will be issued an RA (Return Authorization). In this event, Star will repair or, at its discretion, replace this product without charge. This decision is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction upon delivery of this product to Star at the address below. The product must include proof of purchase, including date of purchase. If proof of purchase is not provided, the standard out-of-warranty repair fee of $75.00 will be charged.
If service is required:
- Enclose a photocopy of your sales receipt, credit card statement, or other proof of date of purchase, if within the warranty period.
- Include in the package the Perkl-Light, power supply, and transparent emitter, and contact information including phone number and return shipping address.

Disclaimer of Warranty
NOTE: This warranty is valid only if the product was used as designed. It does not cover (i) products which have been damaged by negligence or willful actions, misuse or accident, or which have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons; (ii) units that are cracked or broken, or units damaged by excessive heat; (iii) damage to adjustment knobs due to dropping the unit; (iv) the cost of shipping the unit back to our facility for repair.
This warranty does not extend to owners of the product other than to the original purchaser. In no event will Star or any of its affiliates, contractors, resellers, their officers, directors, shareholders, members, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages, any lost profits, actual, exemplary, or punitive damages. (Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you.) This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Your acknowledgement and agreement to fully and completely abide by the above mentioned disclaimer of warranty is contractually binding to you upon transfer of currency (cash, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card) for purchase of your product from Star.
